Arbo Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 24 696 339 545) ("Arbo", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect through our website at arbo.com.au, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

This policy applies to the Arbo landing page and waitlist. A separate, more comprehensive privacy policy will be published when the Arbo platform launches.

What we collect

When you complete our waitlist or survey form, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your role (parent/carer or provider)

If you are a parent or carer, we may also collect:

• The size of your child's care team
• Your child's NDIS status
• Which features would help you most
• A free-text description of your coordination challenges
• Whether you are happy to be contacted for further research

We do not collect your child's name, date of birth, health information, or any other identifying information about your child through this form. However, we recognise that you may choose to share details about your child's needs or circumstances in the free-text field. If you do, we will treat that information as sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988 and handle it with appropriate care. We ask that you avoid including your child's name or other identifying details where possible.

If you are a provider, we may also collect:

• Your profession or discipline
• A free-text description of your biggest frustration coordinating with families and other providers
• Whether you would use a family-shared care record if invited
• Whether you are happy to be contacted for further research

If you participate in a validation interview, we will collect a record of that conversation. Interview records are stored using initials only and raw transcripts are deleted once a debrief summary has been completed. Information shared in interviews is used solely to inform product development and is not shared with any third party.

Why we collect it

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To add you to the Arbo waitlist and notify you when the platform launches
• To understand the needs of families and providers so we can build a better product
• To contact you about Arbo, including product updates and early access opportunities
• If you consent, to contact you for a research conversation about your experience

We will not use your information for any other purpose without your consent. Any sensitive information you voluntarily provide (such as details about your child's needs or circumstances) will only be used to inform product development and will not be shared with any third party.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your information is processed by the following third-party service providers who support the operation of this website and waitlist:

• Netlify (netlify.com) — hosts this website and receives form submissions. Netlify stores data on servers located in the United States. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.
• Mailchimp (mailchimp.com) — used to manage the waitlist and send you communications about Arbo. Mailchimp is operated by Intuit Inc. and stores data on servers located in the United States. Mailchimp's privacy policy is available at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.

These providers only process your information as necessary to provide their services and are required to keep it secure. We do not authorise them to use your information for their own purposes.

How we store it

Your information is stored securely. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure.

We retain waitlist information for as long as it is needed to contact you about Arbo. If you do not become an Arbo customer, we will delete your personal information within 24 months of your joining the waitlist, or sooner if you request deletion. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

Your rights

You can:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information at any time
• Unsubscribe from communications at any time

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics tools or tracking cookies. We do not collect data about how visitors use the site, and we do not use cookies for advertising purposes.

This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes server-side request logs as part of standard hosting operations (including IP addresses). These logs are not used for tracking or advertising purposes. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
