We do not collect your child's name, date of birth, health information, or any other identifying information about your child through this form. However, we recognise that you may choose to share details about your child's needs or circumstances in the free-text field. If you do, we will treat that information as sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988 and handle it with appropriate care. We ask that you avoid including your child's name or other identifying details where possible.

Why we collect it

• To add you to the Arbo waitlist and notify you when the platform launches
